If you are within the U.S. or Canada you can place your order online -- anytime day or night. If you prefer, you can also call our friendly staff at (1-800-443-5542 M-F 9AM-5PM CST). Orders from outside the U.S. and Canada must be placed by phone (615-383-4118) please read our international sales policy.

You can place your order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week or place your order by phone during our business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, CST) on our Toll Free Line at 1-800-443-5542.

Most orders ship within two business days of being received by our customer service staff. Next Day, Second Day Air and Three Day Select orders must be received by 12:00 noon, CST in order to be processed and shipped that day. Your credit card number will not be charged until your order ships. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your shipment.

If your order must be received by a certain date, please note this in the comments section of the online order form when you checkout or call our Toll Free number to confirm. If we are unable to fulfill overnight or other specific deadline orders, we will call you.

All purchases are covered by our Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee and our Factory Warranty.

Shipping Options within the United States

  • UPS Ground - a three to six business day service (click here to view the UPS Ground Transit map)

  • UPS Next Day Air - guaranteed delivery by the end of the following business day (some shipments to AK, HI and PR may require additional time in transit); orders must be received by 12:00 noon, CST in order to be processed and shipped that day

  • UPS Second Day Air - guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day (some shipments to AK, HI and PR may require additional time in transit); orders must be received by 12:00 noon, CST in order to be processed and shipped that day

  • UPS Three Day Select - guaranteed delivery within three business days (not available to AK, HI and PR); orders must be received by 12:00 noon, CST in order to be processed and shipped that day

All of our shipments are non-signature required, but if you need the signature required service, please call us or make a note in the comments section of the online order form when you checkout. This service is available for an additional $5.00 fee - this fee will not be shown in the shopping cart, but it will be added to your order during processing.

For our American customers located on APO or FPO military bases or if you live in a US Territory, please contact us to determine the best and most cost-effective method of shipment based on the mail requirements for your specific location.

Canadian Shipping Options

  • UPS Ground Standard To Canada
    • guaranteed, economical delivery to most addresses in the ten provinces (not available to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon Territory)
    • Our Flash Units and some accessories are manufactured in the US - these items will go through customs duty-free. Other accessories are manufactured to our specifications outside of the US and customs may assign duties to these items.
    • brokerage fees are not included - UPS will charge a brokerage fee to the customer, separate from the charges calculated in our shopping cart
    • Canadian Goods and Services taxes are not included - customers will be required to pay UPS for the total amount of these taxes as well as a small disbursement fee ($5.85 USD or 2.7% of the value of the taxes, whichever is higher).
  • UPS Worldwide Saver to Canada*
    • next business day delivery to most addresses in Canada (delivery times may vary by destination postal code) - orders must be received by 12:00 noon, CST in order to be processed and shipped that day
    • in-house customs clearance performed by UPS, brokerage fees included in price (additional charges apply if clearance is performed by other brokerage offices)
    • Canadian Goods and Services taxes are not included - customers will be required to pay UPS for the total amount of these taxes as well as a small disbursement fee ($5.85 USD or 2.7% of the value of the taxes, whichever is higher)

All shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your items, the destination and the shipping method chosen. The shipping charges that are calculated in our shopping cart are correct, and you will be charged that amount for shipping unless you choose to make any changes to your order once our Customer Service team has received it.

When placing your order online, you will be directed to a confirmation page when the order has been successfully completed. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail to verify that this order has been placed. The e-mail is an automated message acknowledging the successful initial processing of the order, and it will include a reference number for your order. We will contact you if further information is required to process the order. If any necessary changes alter the final total for the order, you will be contacted and asked to approve the order total before your credit card is charged.

After any order has been placed (by phone or online) and shipped, you will receive an itemized receipt in the mail that includes the items ordered, the shipping charges and your total.
